Insure Recruitment are working alongside a leading employer in Glasgow who have a current need to recruit a MI Analyst.
The suitable candidates main goal is to build and provide all levels of reporting of call centre MI to operational management and contact centre teams.
The role will be varied but shall include the follow responsibilities:
- To interrogate data warehouse using SAS programming to meet ad hoc business requests
- Maintenance of SQL Server data tables and scheduled jobs.
- Provides standard reporting of call centre information adhering to deadlines, adding supporting commentary and analysis.
- Continually observes operational performance, identifying trends and areas for investigation and analysis.
During our search we are seeking applicants that have advanced Microsoft skills to include Excel, Access and PowerPoint. You will need to understand programming languages and ideally some experience of writing VB code. We shall also be seeking applicants that are capable of data extraction and transformation ideally with MS SQLSRV and SAS.
