My client is THE leader in global luxury retail, masters in their field setting the bar for all others retailers to follow. They have headquarters around the world; the UK team looking after +90 locations in the UK and across Northern Europe, managing this from one central distribution centre. Working with a variety of different products from confectionary, to cosmetics, to gifting, they are working on a huge scale.

My client is looking for a HRIS administrator to join their team. This multifaceted role will keep you busy as you are the main contact within the HR department managing all IT systems. You will be responsible for updating the database, managing user accounts, resolving an IT issues as well as training new starters on processes and functions of the inhouse systems.

You will have experience in working with SAP, using SQL languages and Toad application. You will excel in problem solving, juggling different tasks at once and organising your own work load. My client is happy to see graduate applications as long as you have experience in office/ commercial work within IT.

You will have experience of:

Excellent PC literacy skills including advanced level of competency with MS Office and advanced VBA skills Experience within an IT systems environment
Experience in SAP ability to use SQL language and Toad application. Liaising with suppliers, building strong relationships.
Strong problem solving skills. Experience in working towards and achieving deadlines.
Excellent communication skills. Concern for order & quality with a good attention to detail

Desirable experience in:

Ability to work within a team Acting as a liaison with internal and external departments. Planning, organising and prioritising.
Ownership and accountability Good computer literacy.
Administration skills able to pay good attention to detail. Personal initiative and drive.
