HR Assistant Part Time
Fixed Term Contract.
£20,000 to 22,000 per annum, pro rata.
Search is delighted to be partnering with a growing wholesale business in the Crewe area who are seeking a strong HR Assistant through a period of growth.
The business is successful, expanding, a leader in its niche field, and is poised for further growth. It operates with a stable management team and a positive working culture.
The main duties of the HR Assistant will be;
- Working directly with the HR Manager to support the admin side of the department:
updating/ producing letters, new starters and leavers.
- Working closely with line managers, applying employment law knowledge to take queries and provide low level ER advice. Some examples being; family friendly policies, attendance, performance and conduct.
- You will be required to make sure the HR system is kept up to date with all of the employee information.
- This role also offers the opportunity to get involved with some project work.
This role is initially a short term contract with the potential to go permanent; naturally the role would also evolve if this was to happen.
You need to have the ability to be organised and streamline the procedures, while handling a high volume of administrative duties at one time.
CIPD Level 3 or above.
Up to date knowledge of employment legislation
High level PC skills.
Accuracy and attention to detail is paramount.
Exceptional customer service skills both written and verbal.
