CUSTOMER SERVICE ADMINISTRATOR
Customer Service Administrator required in Luton. This is a permanent/fulltime position within the wiring and electrical industry.
Our client are a leading manufacturer and distributer of high quality wiring and electrical accessories. The majority of their customer base are wholesale clients or electrical contractors.
As a Customer Service Administrator, youll be reporting in to the Customer Service Manager. Your key responsibilities will include:
Logging and resolution of customer services queries and debit notes.
Arranging collection of goods from customers.
Obtaining PODs liaising with carrier companies
Daily review of exception reports received from Deta carrier companies. Implementation of stock uplifts.
Answering incoming enquiries.
Production of replacement of goods orders.
Credit note processing.
SALARY & BENEFITS
The salary for this role is £17,000 to £18,000 per annum. Youll also receive 20 days holiday plus bank holidays and free parking.

To be a successful Customer Service Administrator, you will need the following skills and attributes:
Good communication skills
Good customer service skills
Previous experience in a customer service/administration role
Computer literate with ability to pick up new systems and software
