Are you looking for a
Pay Rate: £10.04ph
Shift: MonFri 95pm
To provide support across the organisation, primarily in a specific Directorate, and work flexibly across the organisation in line with business needs.
Key responsibilities include: managing enquiries (internal and external) to ensure information reaches the right people to respond; providing administrative support to other assignments as required; contributing to the sustainable development of the organisation through consistent application of relevant processes.
The role requires engagement with stakeholders to ensure that the relevant team receives appropriate administrative support.
Key Attributes of the ideal candidate:
Understanding of the work of the directorate in the broader context of the organisation
Demonstrable office experience including confident use of standard software and business processes
Experience managing office records
Customer service focus (internal and external)
Budget administration (desirable)
Planning and time management skills.
