Team Assistant and Research Assistant
£25,000 – £30,##### ######City
The client is an award-winning public relations agency, with expertise in capital markets, government, business-to-business, consumer and technology. They are looking for a driven individual to join their team and build a career within Financial PR and support the Investor Relations Team within a support and research capacity.
Background research for new business presentations and existing clients
Preparation of briefing summaries ahead of client meetings
Press coverage analysis and distribution
Distribution of press releases; drafting and distribution of invitations to client events and roadshows
Creating and formatting client and internal documents, including new business presentations
Database management (e.g. updating press and analyst distribution lists, client databases)
Providing committed and efficient PA and secretarial support to the members of the team
Diary management – arranging client meetings and team events
General office duties including filing, arranging couriers, monitoring stationery etc.
Monitoring the team’s holiday and sickness records
Arranging complex travel details including visas if required
Providing holiday / sickness cover for other company secretaries including the CEO’s PA
This is an exciting and challenging position where there is a genuine opportunity to work closely with your team and get involved in the business. The position requires someone who is organised, accurate and able to juggle a number of conflicting deadlines. A clear and professional telephone manner is essential as are good literacy and PC skills and the ability to deal with people at all levels in business life. There is scope for progression within the company for candidates who excel in the role.
