About the job
Salary £20,000 £25,000 per annum dependent on experience
Efficiently allocating Engineers to respond to logged Calls
Optimise the deployment of available resource, based upon skills requirement, geography and agreed SLAs.
Maintaining & developing relationships with Suppliers.
Liaise with stakeholders in respect of the progression of jobs
Order required parts from Suppliers and ensuring they are ready for Engineers collection or on site.
Processing all call related job sheets supplied by the Engineers
All administration required to ensure the completion of an Installation/Service Call
Sending quotes for works to be carried out
Liaising with engineers to ensure jobs are properly closed down
Maintaining engineering diary
Using tracking software to optimise job planning
Must be ambitious, have the drive to succeed and desire for development
Candidate must have exceptional organizational skills and the ability to prioritise work effectively
Must be customer focused and can view things from a business perspective
The candidate will be able to work under pressure, be able to work on their own using their initiative, be motivated and have a can do attitude
