We currently have a vacancy within our Regional Business Support Team for a term time Recruitment Administrator, who will give admin support across the region.
The successful candidate will be involved in the administration of recruiting new employees, providing support to managers, undertaking a range of pre-employment checks and ensuring safer recruitment practices to meet regulatory standards.
You will handle external and internal enquiries, recognising the level of importance of particular enquiries or issues and applying the appropriate prioritisation to ensure the highest level of service. You will also input staff hours, ensuring systems are updated in an accurate and timely manner and provide associated reports to the management team. This is a fast paced and demanding role, and a high level of literacy and numeracy is essential, along with basic IT skills. This is an excellent opportunity for an enthusiastic and motivated individual with good communication skills, a flexible approach, effective organisational skills, the ability to remain calm under pressure and possess a 'can do' attitude.
