Global Penetration Testing Coordinator – London – PermanentMcGregor Boyall are searching for a Penetration Testing Coordinator to work for one of our clients in Canary Wharf.The Cybersecurity Pen Test Coordinator job is responsible for operating as part of a global/regional team within Cybersecurity to define and implement an industry leading Cybersecurity Service that supersedes the constantly changing information security threats. This role is accountable for direct management of a team and managing regional relationships.This role will carry out some or all of the following activities:Drive the penetration testing program globally across multiple business areas and regions/countries including vendor selection, scoping, planning, scheduling, conflict management, and stakeholder manager and reporting.Collaborate with the Global, Regional and Country representatives of Technology plus other peer managers to implement the team’s goals within entity policy, expense and regulatory constraints.Lead and support peers within the Cybersecurity function to define and implement an industry leading Cybersecurity Service that supersedes our constantly changing information security threats.Ensure adherence to the three lines of defence organizational model with clear lines of responsibility, accountability and segregation of dutiesEnsure compliance with internal audit and external regulators that any organizational changes are fit for purpose and meet their expectationsContribute to the Sub-function/Region Cybersecurity strategy to secure the business’s technology from the inside out.Contribute to the overall definition of responsibilities and accountabilities of Cybersecurity within the business and build a team which supports the Cybersecurity model and defined strategy.Responsible for ensuring effective engagement with GB/GF/RegionsEmbeds best practice management and supports implementation of transformational changeManagement responsibility for a team, providing clear direction, setting performance targets of direct reports and contributes to employees’ professional developmentBuild plans and budgets for respective team which identify value and cost reduction opportunities Additional Responsibilities: Organize and facilitate project planning, status meetings, reviews, requirements and release planning, and other project related meetings.Create and deliver presentations to senior management on project goals and plans, progress reporting, updates, milestones, metrics, financials, risks and issues.Ability to lead diverse teams of subject matter expertsAble to communicate technical issues to technical and non-technical audiences.Produce timely and high-quality work.Organize and structure solutions to solve complex problems.Maintain data quality in the system of record for tracking pen test activities and outcomesTo be successful in this role you should meet the following requirements: Typically educated to degree level, within IT security would be desirable and current PMI certification (PMP) are requiredProven proficiency in both oral and written communicationProficiency in developing and delivering PowerPoint presentationsProficiency in Microsoft ExcelKnowledge of Penetration Testing styles, types, constraintsGlobal Penetration Testing Coordinator – London – Permanent McGregor Boyall is an equal opportunity employer and do not discriminate on any grounds.
