Since gaining investment from two of the Dragon’s – Touker Suleyman & Tej Lalvani, we are looking to grow and scale Air Agents into a market leading company. We are looking for interesting individuals, with a genuine passion for delivering a great customer experience and who are excited and driven by working in a fast paced, ever changing company.
Purpose of the Role:
The successful Revenue and Pricing Manager will manage the performance of Air Agents properties by analyzing and setting competitive nightly rates, managing existing and new booking channels including Air Agents booking platform and driving listing performance within OTA's with the aim to maximise occupancy and revenue.
Key Areas of Responsibility:
Analyse and interpret Air Agents past, current and future occupancy and revenue per property
Analyse, set and adjust nightly rates
Benchmark Air Agents with the general market and direct competitors
Manage and drive occupancy and revenue per property
Manage and drive our relationship with existing booking channels (Airbnb, ######.###, HomeAway, Expedia and TripAdvisor) whilst exploring additional channel opportunities with the aim to further increase occupancy and revenue
Drive listing performance in each booking channel, ensuring Air Agents listings are at the first page, maximising viewing and booking click rates
Manage rates and specials for corporate booking customers
Key Skills and Experience:
Experience in Hotel/OTA revenue/sales/booking management (+3 years)
Good analytical skills, being comfortable with statistics and data analytics
Strong experience in booking channel management, preferably with ######.###, Airbnb, HomeAway and Expedia
Past experience in managing pricing teams in hotels/booking channels
Demonstrable competency in strategic planning
Outstanding organisational abilities with a clear eye for detail
Aptitude in decision-making and problem-solving
Clear thinking and acting under pressure
Comfortable working within a fast growing startup with a "Can Do" attitude
Strong working knowledge of IT/Business infrastructure and MS Office
BSc/BA in Business Administration or relevant field; MSc/MBA is a plus
