Our client is an internationally renowned, large chemical manufacturing company based in North Herts which supplies materials to the Pharmaceutical sector. The company is looking for a temporary Customer Service Coordinator to bring in on a contract for the next 8 weeks. The organisation is one of only a small handful of organisations within its field as their products are very specialised. They are however true market leaders, and held in the highest regard.
About the Role:
Act as the interface between business and customer, ensuring that a high quality service is provided to the customer through resolving of queries, escalating issues, and collaboration with other departments.
Key Skills & Experience:
Quote and log customer orders, utilising established processes to ensure goods are delivered within set timescales.
Work closely with other teams to facilitate high levels of service.
Be the voice of the customer internally, and representative of the business externally. Carry out thorough investigation of customer issues where required.
Contribute to sales planning with customer forecast and insights.
Key Skills & Experience:
Experience of working in a Customer Service or Sales environment.
Strong administration skills solid knowledge of MS Office.
Good Numerical skills.
Strong relationship management skills.
