Legal Recruitment Advisor.
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Legal Recruitment Advisor to join a top tier Liverpool City Centre law firm. You will be required to have previous experience of legal or other professional recruitment (agency side will also be considered), preferably within a professional services firm. Some HR experience is preferable, but not essential.
You will be working closely as part of the talent team, alongside the Head of Talent. You will be required to manage the key stakeholders' relationship through the end to end hiring process; adopting an advisory approach whilst ensuring best practice advice is followed.
This Liverpool based firm are offering a competitive salary plus excellent benefits.
You will be required to travel to other offices.
Establishing the business case for the hire with the hiring manager, and the relevant Talent Business Partner
Agreeing with the job specification for the role, preparing job descriptions with hiring managers, agreeing with the attraction and selection process, drafting and placing adverts, and recommending/introducing appropriate agencies
Ensuring the effective use of social media, job boards, and other media to source candidates where agency assistance is not required or desirable
Briefing agencies - including organising and attending multi-agency briefings for the PSL
Managing PSL and non-PSL agency relationships, and ensuring best practices are followed during the recruitment process
Assisting with regular reporting on the success of recruitment processes
Screening CVs and conducting interviews where required
Providing interview and CV feedback to agencies and directly to candidates in a timely fashion
Managing the administration processes for those joining the business
