Law enforcement client has a requirement for a HR Talent Attraction Manager (Recruitment) on a contract basis in either
London or Bristol for 6 months (initial)
Responsible for identifying the talent needed, attracting talent and proactively maintaining a pipeline of resource to join the business as required.
Supporting the overall people plan objectives and implementing the recruitment plan through driving the right talent to apply to join, and supporting others in terms of retention.
Actively managing a complex recruitment pipeline, ensuring that candidates are available to be onboarded at any time. Take appropriate action at each stage of a campaign to achieve results for the business.
Maintain a firm grip on all aspects of the pipeline. Complexities around the nature of roles being geographically dispersed, highly specialist, and high volume need to be overcome.
Proactively and energetically engage with candidate pool and potential future candidates. Monitor and act upon dropout rates in our end to end recruitment process.
Responsible for internal and external stakeholder management with regards to Recruitment activity.
Managing part of the recruitment service, and working collaboratively with the wider recruitment department and HR function.
Monitoring and continuously improving the external & internal candidate journeys whilst providing data to measure the effectiveness of our attraction strategy and to continuously improve our approach.
Providing professional support and advice on best attraction methods to the Head of Recruitment, key stakeholders and the broader organisation.
Working with stakeholders and external suppliers to schedule and plan campaigns.
Ensuring Employer Branding is at the forefront of all attraction.
Continue to raise the profile and ensure it is seen as an attractive offering in the market.
Chairing monthly Candidate Pipeline meetings with key suppliers in support of delivering recruitment plans for all areas of the business
Managing the key partnerships with third parties, holding service providers to account.
Managing, implementing and driving all campaigns through to completion in a timely and cost effective manner.
Support the Head of Recruitment in leading the recruitment team and wider organisation through a period of culture change as we reposition the way in which we recruit.
Knowledge & experience of recruiting, employer branding, candidate attraction and candidate pipelines
Proven experience in managing a complex recruitment pipeline
Proven experience of recruiting in a challenging market
Extensive experience in managing large scale recruitment campaigns and projects
Confident in drafting proposals and escalating as appropriate
Confident communicator and influencer, both verbally and written
Excellent organisation skills with a proven track record of delivering in a fastpaced environment
Proven creative problem solving skills
Passionate to deliver the best experience for all
High level of personal resilience
This role will require security clearance to SC level, please advise if you are a holder but otherwise client will need to put you through vetting. So adding to this if you arent available straight away or have a notice period this isnt necessarily a problem
