A multinational insurer are currently looking for a Reward Manager to join their team based in the City of London on a permanent basis.
Head of Compensation will have a focus on pay review projects including:
Reviewing the management global pay round
The governance infrastructure
Rolling out global grading structure and job levelling
Designing of Incentive Plans
Successful individual will have:
Experience within the Insurance or Financial Services industry
Experience of managing a compensation process from start to finish.
Experience of designing variable pay schemes.
