Client Services Executive

Are you a graduate or equivalent with good literacy and numeracy?
You could be just the person we're looking for!
The post holder will provide administrative support for client and team projects and help to manage the financial aspects of client's jobs.
Key responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
To play a key support role in the delivery of client projects, including client liaison, contact with internal resource departments and external suppliers.
To be the day to day participant contact for all participant queries either via phone or email and maintain associated logs
To support and to deliver communication plans either by developing the plan, copy writing the communications and proof reading
Responsible for the management of website content for the programme through a content management system.
Setting up of campaigns and promotions and setting up of reports
Assisting with the creation of the design briefs and briefing the internal creative
A recent graduate who wants to work in a fast paced, busy agency environment or who has client-side experience from within an agency environment in a similar role.
Demonstrable task management experience including responsibility for meeting deadlines, reporting on progress and undertaking administration
Experience working with technology and systems, though not essential
Excellent IT literacy, MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Access and Outlook
Excellent interpersonal skills
Good verbal and written communication skills
Commercial outlook with a passion for quality
Excellent time management and task management skills
