Manpower are recruiting for a Customer Service Advisor to join a dynamic car finance company based in the Oxford. As part of the Operations Team, they are looking to expand their Customer Services teams. This team are the first point of contact for customers, providing the help and support and offering word class customer experiences to all our customers and ensure we exceed their expectations.
You will be responsible for driving the customer journey by responding to customer enquiries, supporting requests of updates to information and working with the rest of the business to provide positive customers outcomes at every juncture. All interactions with customers are conducted with the highest standards and comply with regulatory requirements as well as working in an efficient, timely manner. Previous experience working in telephonebased customer services in a customerfacing role. You should have a professional and approachable telephone manner, be proactive and hardworking with excellent organisational skills.
This role works shifts: 9am5pm one week, and 128pm the other, with one Saturday in 4 working 10am6pm. But whilst you work hard you also have a fridge full of diet coke, a cupboard full of bagels & cereal, and a company lunch every Tuesday after tea and cakes. Extramural activities include early morning fitness sessions, a Monday night football team and a Tough Mudder team if you want to be active.
