Lexcel accredited firm in Leicestershire requires a talented Senior Dispute Resolution Lawyer.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a solicitor or legal executive with a minimum of 4 years’ PQE in dispute resolution matters to undertake a senior fee-earning position at a highly regarded firm in Ashby-de-la-Zouch, Leicestershire.
Broad range of commercial litigation matters to include:
Professional negligence matters
Landlord and tenant disputes
Applications are encouraged from solicitors and legal executives with a minimum of 4 years’ PQE in dispute resolution matters
Experience in dealing with matters including agricultural disputes and banking issues would be desirable
Ideally, you will possess exceptional client care skills
Taking a proactive approach, you will have the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
Experience of working with case management systems would be advantageous
It would be advantageous to demonstrate an aptitude for business development
