Lexcel accredited firm in Hertfordshire requires a Commercial Property Solicitor.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a solicitor to manage their own caseload of commercial property matters at a successful practice in Bishop’s Stortford. A market-leading firm in commercial property and agricultural matters, its clients include national retailers, local authorities, investors, healthcare providers, schools and pension funds. Offered on a permanent basis, ideally the role will be a full-time position.
Advising on the acquisition and disposal of property and land
Options and conditional contracts
Refinancing and loan documentation
Sales and leasebacks of commercial property
Advising on landlord and tenant issues
Matters involving agricultural land
Business asset sales and purchases
Applications are encouraged from solicitors with a minimum of 1 years’ PQE in commercial property matters
Experience of managing your own caseload is essential
With excellent communication skills, you will excel in client care
A proactive approach and strong organisational skills are required
