About the job

Type: Academic | Department: Faculty of Business, Education & Law | Location: Stoke campus | Closing Date: 06 Mar 2015 |
In further supporting the growth and development of the academic group Organisational Behaviour, Leadership & Change (OBLC), the Faculty of Business, Education and Law is looking to recruit a Lecturer in Organisational Behaviour and HRM.

OBLC is a group of academics and practitioners specialising in a variety of aspects of OB and HRM. Group members lead and deliver UG and PG modules and awards (much of which is in support of our Armed Forces portfolio), are research active and otherwise engaged in scholarly and enterprising activities. OBLC is the 'home' of several 3 and 4* journal articles, academic books and Routledge's Journal of Change Management.

We are now looking to recruit a pro-active, resourceful, highly motivated and rounded academic, familiar with current developments in Organisational Behaviour and/or Human Resource Management, who can contribute to the full range of academic group activities. Qualified to Masters or PhD level in OB or HRM or similar, it is important that you are a team player who is willing to contribute to the development of individual colleagues and the group as a whole.

This is a unique opportunity to join a vibrant and ambitious academic group.
