A leading global insurance business have moved their backoffice operations from London to Birmingham where they occupy brand new modern offices in the Central Birmingham Business District. They seek an HR Systems and Data Manager to join their rapidly expanding team.
Your main objective will be to develop and maintain HR system functionality in order to deliver a progressive, high quality service to the business, while managing the provision of high quality management information and workforce analysis to enable improved visibility and decision making people data.
Working closely with stakeholders, HR, Finance and IT, you will act as a Super User and will be an experienced Systems Manager, monitoring performance of the HR systems.
The ideal candidate will have a range of experience and Indepth knowledge of HR systems such as Oracle Fusion, ETS, Taleo, Cornerstone, iTrent, ADP and other HR Systems. An indepth knowledge of HR systems and system configuration, data management and the ability to analyse and report.
Attention to detail and an ability to place work into the bigger context of HR and systems best practice and the Business is essential.
