This Training Manager role is a unique and dynamic opportunity for the right candidate to be an integral part of UK team with my client. This is a national role and will require extensive travel in addition to time in head office, so there is flexibility on location. The scope of the role includes the design, development and delivery of training to new associates in addition to ongoing training and development of field and head office based staff. This is a very diverse role and you will have the opportunity to work with an already established brand, in addition to a newly launched brand and several planned product launches across the therapy area. The Training Manager will lead the design, development and implementation of training and development across the franchise, working in close collaboration with business leaders, brand leads and a broad crossfunctional team.

Your responsibilities include:

Leading on the design, development, coordination and delivery of Initial Training Courses (ITCs) across a variety of neurology brands. Implement a wide variety of training methods both in design and delivery of training programs Conducting training needs analysis across the franchise

  • Design and develop training materials, including elearning and evaluate the effectiveness, success and ROI of training interventions Manage the training budget. You

You will have:

Minimum Bachelor degree/ Scientific background preferred ABPI qualified Additional Qualifications related to Learning Development e.g. Certificate in Training Practice (CTP), Course accreditations, ILM qualifications in coaching & mentoring. Pharmaceutical sales / Medical scientific liaison Proven track record in designing and executing successful training programs, ideally with a multinational company What should you do next?
