Home Care Assistant Forfar
Are you looking for a Care Assistant role that gives you consistent flexible hours, supporting vulnerable individuals in Forfar?
As a company that values and supports our staff, we are looking for Care Assistants (with any previous care experience) to join our award winning team.
In reward for providing valuable support to vulnerable individuals in their own homes we are offering you:
Consistent hours whether you want to work full or part time
£11.27 per hour (client and area dependant)
26p per mile expenses to cover mileage costs
Full training and support
Accrued holiday pay on all you earn at 12.07%
One to one shadowing with an experienced carer
It is preferred that you have a Driving Licence and access to your own vehicle for this role.
We are happy to consider any availability. A lot of our staff love a 2 week rotational shift pattern, which means you know when youre working, gives you consistent hours, allows you to plan ahead and gives you a good balance of work and personal life (example below).
Early Shift: 7am 2pm Late shift: 4pm 10pm
Week 1: Monday, Tuesday, Saturday, Sunday
Week 2: Wednesday, Thursday, Friday
What does the job entail?
Community care providing care in clients own homes supporting and maintaining their independence. Offering personal care to social support. People who receive care at home live longer than those in care homes or hospitals.
