Your new company
Mountjoy is an expanding construction and maintenance company focused on delivering exceptional service to its clients and customers across the south of England. Mountjoy Ltd has an opportunity to provide Fabric Maintenance and void repairs to residential buildings across the Fareham area. This is mostly void property work, with Kitchens, Bathrooms and Wet rooms being the principal work stream.
Your New Role
Joining our team as a Electrician you will maintain high client satisfaction through delivery of maintenance and repairs services. You will ensure a controlled and safe environment whilst working effectively and in a timely manner and balancing constantly changing priorities.
What you will need to succeed in the role of Electrician:
REQUIRED: City & Guilds 2382 17th Edition Electrical Regulations
REQUIRED: City & Guilds 2391 Testing & Inspection or equivalent
18th Edition Electrical Regulations – working knowledge desirable
NVQ 3 in electrical installation
Full current driving licence.
A DBS check is required before commencement of role
Proven experience of working in Social Housing or Building Maintenance environment.
What you will get in return
Joining our team as our Electrician, you will receive an annual salary of £31,000 - £32,000.
