Marketing Manager (chemical/scientific/engineering)
Contract 13 months
To maintain and execute a marketing strategy that effectively communicates to the business and to customers, develops new sales channels and delivers operational and strategic marketing plans, supporting all functions within the global business.
Other duties will include
Executing a global, external marketing strategy for new and existing activity.
Delivering an internal marketing strategy that supports all functions within PGMS globally.
Creating plans and timelines for all marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with Sector and Group.
Monitoring and evaluating the success of marketing campaigns.
Generating, evaluating and developing new ideas for promotions, literature and articles.
Ensuring consistent strategic messaging across all communications, adhering to JMs brand.
Managing digital communications, literature, events, external publications, advertising and sponsorship for PGMS.
Preparing, tracking and managing the global marketing budget.
Monitoring customer satisfaction.
Managing a small team of Marketing Specialists.
Candidates will require the below
Bachelor degree level qualification (or equivalent), ideally in a scientific subject
Professional Marketing Qualification
B2B Marketing Experience
Excellent planning and organising skills
Proficiency in MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint
Ability to lead, motivate and develop a team
