About the job
Our well known client is looking for an MRB Administrator to manage and help reduce the level of nonconforming material from their Suppliers and their Production shop floor.
This includes timely disposition of the material back to the supplier with an on going analysis of rejects which identifies any weaknesses with product/process reliability and supplier quality.
To proactively identify, maintain and recommend quality and business improvement processes within the business required to maintain company quality approvals. Working closely with all levels of internal and external customers
Administration of the company MRB process, including:
Identification of root causes behind the failure
Timely rejection of return of material to suppliers
Identification of source of problems V production, process, supplier quality, design issues, test coverage issues, etc ..
Update to FRACAS and material transactions on MRP system
Conduct daily nonconformance MRB triage reviews with the Manufacturing Cells to confirm reasons for rejection and further action required
Containment of nonconformance by reviewing all material associated to nonconformance internally and within Supply chain
Administration of the MRB system
Good communication skills demonstrated both verbally and in writing in the form of presentations recommendations for improvement
An understanding of costs and financial implications within the quality department
Self driven and able to monitor own performance effectively to ensure deadlines are met Effectively able to manage own time according to the role requirements
Works effectively with others
Proactively able to manage own work to in order to achieve objectives
Use own initiative within the scope of the role
Plans work and delivers on time
Seeks solutions to problems encountered
Makes timely decisions within the scope of the role
Demonstrates a positive attitude
Good application of Microsoft packages and relevant software for the role
Experience in Process Measurement techniques (e.g. SPC, KPIs, etc .)
Usage of Quality Management System and Process Mapping Tools
