This is an opportunity to join a multiacademy trust. They are a growing and thriving family of schools who are dedicated to providing an excellent education for pupils across Lincolnshire.
Tasks are detailed below:
Take accurate minutes
Provide advice to the Local Board on governance, constitutional and procedural matters.
To support 3 schools
This role will be on a part time basis.
You will need to attend various Local Board meetings which will normally take place in the evening.
There will be a minimum of 18 meetings per annum.
Access to a computer and the internet is essential as the majority of the work will be home based.
You will also need to be able to travel as necessary.
Previous clerking experience is not essential as full training will be given.
Strong administrative skills are required as well as attention to detail.
You will need to be able to work under your own initiative, manage deadlines, update and keep accurate written and electronic records. The ability to remain impartial, comply with data protection legislation and maintain confidentiality is paramount.
Working from home (apart from attending local board meetings) you will be self motivated and manage your own workload.

Being supported by an experienced clerk and governance officer.
