The Tech Scheme JD Sports Fashion are excited to launch the first Multichannel Technology Graduate Scheme for University graduates 2019.

The scheme will run over two years and is designed to give the successful candidate experience and knowledge in all areas of the Multichannel delivery team as well as vital exposure to live projects and the ability to contribute to on-going projects. You will also have the opportunity to spend time at each of our sites including our Technology Hub in India (Hyderabad). Within the first 18 months you will experience the full project development lifecycle working across a range of different departments and disciplines including, but not limited to, Project Management, Business Analysis, Software Development, Test Teams, Support Teams and Conversion. With support from business professionals from each team, you will be given a full overview of the roles and responsibilities of these disciplines and have the opportunity to contribute to the work produced by each of these teams.

The remaining 6 months will be spent specialising in a chosen department/role before moving into a permanent role in the team. During the scheme, there will be an opportunity to attend foundation training courses including Project Management, Business Analysis, Agile and many more. When a specialist area has been selected, these courses will be tailed accordingly.

What do we look for? Places on our Graduate Scheme are limited. You’ll need to be a deep strategic thinker and be able to demonstrate project evidence of this on your application. It’s also important that you are a natural leader, creative problem solver, effective relationship builder and collaborative teammate who’s digitally savvy and up for a challenge! Strong communication, quantitative and analytical skills, high learning ability and a real passion for business and technology are key.
