About the job

I am currently recruiting for a PA role based in Farnham Royal for a fantastic company. This position requires an individual to be self motivated, computer literate, keen to learn, proactive, innovative with an eye for detail and someone who thrives under pressure.

Responsibilities:

Production of documents emails, memos, reports, minutes and presentations including audiotyping.
Screening telephone calls and handling enquiries
Collating, copying and binding of meeting packs.
Extensive diary management.
Coordinating meeting schedules for the Operation Board as well as the Exec Board.
Completion of expenses.
Assistance with reception cover and answering overflow calls from reception.
Act as administrator for the Customer Service Committee
Organising our annual events such as Christmas Party.
Coordinate the annual employee survey.
Downloading information from planning websites.
Maintaining fee schedule database.
Responding to general correspondence.
General filing for the Land department.
Assistance with logistics for events/exhibitions.

Essential:

Minimum of 5 years secretarial/administrative
Knowledge of Microsoft Applications Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook
