Property Litigation Solicitor
Flexible working arrangements available Including reduced hours or working from home.
An expanding, well established and modern law firm are looking to recruit a solicitor into their growing litigation team.
The successful candidate will be a solicitor who is able to handle a caseload of property litigation matters including landlord and tenant matters, boundary disputes, adverse possession, dilapidation,rent reviews, and trespass claims
The firm enjoys an excellent reputation in this area of law and as such are able to attract a steady stream of good quality work into the department. As well as the fee earning side of things you will be expected to maintain close working relationships with existing clients as well as trying to develop new ones.
The firm is big enough to offer a supportive working environment but small enough so that your contribution to the firm will be noticed, appreciated and rewarded.
