We are on the lookout for a dynamic IT Service Desk Team Leader who is technically-capable and customer-savvy. Responsibilities of the Service Desk Team leader: The IT Service Desk Team Leader will lead a dedicated team, supporting state of the art technical infrastructure used for the delivery of managed solutions to our client base. Your team will be the face of Nasstar, answering and resolving customer queries to a high standard. You will actively manage, motivate and develop your team to deliver outstanding customer service in a busy and demanding environment. A typical day would include: client visits; responding to customer escalations; managing team workflow and SLAs; training and development of the team.Skills, Knowledge and Experience: To be a successful ITService Desk Team Leader you must have a keen interest in IT and newtechnology. You will have experience ofsupervising a support desk team, managing performance and ensuring SLA aremaintained. Excellent communication skills and a professional customer servicemanner are essential. The IT Service Desk Team Leader should have technical skillsand experience which include: = Windows 2003/2008/2012 Server administration/configuration/troubleshooting, Windows 7/8 desktop support = ActiveDirectory administration and configuration including Group Policy. = Theremote support of users in a Citrix environment. = Remotetroubleshooting of hardware issues and operating system level problems in aWindows environment. = MicrosoftExchange 2010 administration and configuration. Microsoft Office 2007, 2010 and 2013.= Mobiledevice remote support, in particular Microsoft Exchange ActiveSyncconnectivity. = Relevantsupport experience in an ITIL based service desk environment.Salary and Benefits:The position offers a competitive salary and benefits package which includes 25 days holiday + bank holidays, TOIL to cash scheme, pension, platinum Perkbox membership and more.
