About the role

  • This role involves managing the customer relationships and sales to a number of allocated accounts and a managing a territory covering Newbury, Bristol and Gloucester. In this position you will be responsible for offering the product range and services available from our Cooling category, handle enquiries for the supply of equipment and related items for refrigeration & air conditioning applications. As well as manage the sales and margin to those customers to or above target and provide the link between Branches and Customers and coordinate enquiries with support functions and other WUK brands.

    • Portfolio of 80 accounts
    • Value spend of £2.5m annually
  • Key Responsibilities include
    • Agreeing pricing and trading terms
    • Project tracking
    • Making effective use of WUK CRM package
    • Liaising with other departments and functions to maximise opportunities for sales with all managed accounts
    • Visit other customers when required to investigate opportunities to increase sales
    • Working with Managers responsible for areas covered to maximise opportunities to increase sales
  • About you

    • Proven experience selling refrigeration and Air Conditioning products
    • Proven experience managing key accounts
    • Proven field sales experience
    • Ability to work on own initiative
    • Good Computer skills
    • Strong numerical skills
    • Good communication skills internal & external
    • Negotiating skills
    • Full Driving Licence
