Job Description A full-time vacancy has arisen with Integral UK Ltd for a Site Services Assistant.
The Site Services Assistant will work alongside the Site Services Supervisor carrying out a wide range of maintenance tasks and repairs within the site campus.
The ideal candidate will have a good knowledge of DIY and a minimum of one years experience maintaining a site in a handyperson, caretaker or similar.
This is a varied position working within Facilities function at Screwfix Head Office in Yeovil.

Hours of workMonday to Friday 8.00-17.##### ######Duties and Responsibilities
General carpentry, adjusting doors and door closures, replacement of locks on cupboards etc. Decorating and painting to include putting up picture frames/shelving etc.General plumbing tasks – i.e. replacement taps / toilet seats, unblocking sinks etc.Moving of furniture with use of lifting equipmentCarrying out the removal of waste and maintaining an acceptable level of cleanliness across and throughout the siteBe able to confidently & clearly communicate on a wide range of general enquiriesAssisting the on-site Services Supervisor as required
Key Skills and Qualifications Excellent knowledge of Health and Safety requirements Good, sound practical DIY knowledge required together with previous experience in a handyperson, caretaker or maintenance role (or similar) Ability to self-manage, organise and prioritise tasks You will be a team player with a can-do attitude and a passion for providing ‘great service' Possess excellent people skills & able to confidently communicate at all levels Competent to be able to work at height and undertake extensive manual handling tasks
