This well known apparel brand is looking to you to be their new Assistant Manager in their high turnover site, based in Birmingham. Having stores and concessions in both the UK and other European locations, they a multi billion powerhouse for accessories, apparel and shoe wear.
They are looking for someone who can work in a fast paced, demanding environment. With a strong occasion wear store, its imperative you provide fantastic customer service to an already, loyal customer base.
As the new Store Manager, your duties will include:
Provide a service to our customers that endeavours to meet their needs and exceeds their expectations. Present the product to our customer, utilising the visual merchandising guidance, in order to maximise sales opportunities with effective use of space and stock availability.
Support the Manager to ensure your staff are adequately trained and competent with till, banking and cash handling procedures. Maintain your relationship with your line manager to ensure clear communication channels are developed and relevant information is communicated in the absence of the Manager.
