About the role
Maserati is a very important brand out of the growing portfolio of FCA (Fiat Chrysler Automobiles), our 3rd largest global account across Publicis. Maserati is very digitally focused brand with over 75% of budget in digital channels, this candidate needs a strong strategic digital background across all channels. It is a great opportunity to evolve an exciting and engaged client, working with their major markets across APAC, EMEA and NA, as well as a fully integrated team across online and offline channels.
The International team comprises of a Business Lead, one Associate Director, one Manager and a Sr. Account Executive. All individuals come from a variety of backgrounds, skill-sets and interests who are united by their passion for understanding people and the motivational power of different types of communication.
While Strategy, Planning and Activation are at the core of what we do, we are increasingly involved in wider business conversations around success metrics, measurement and reporting as well as improving areas such as global data management, process efficiencies etc.
We constantly strive to push boundaries in regards to communications, balancing our reporting and detailed analytics with our clients’ unique ways of working. Quick turn-arounds can be the rule and having a solid team behind the product helps make it manageable on a day-to-day basis. Working across so many markets we are passionate about communication and keen to learn not only the ins and outs of media, but about business, client relationship management and network coordination.
The team are no stranger to hard work and are committed to delivering best in class campaigns for our clients’ business. Experience in media planning and buying (global or cross-market preferred) -Preferably experience in cross-market and international planning -Experience managing a team or multi-specialty team collaboration -Passion for strategic planning and strong digital proficiency -Good communication and relationship building skills -Effective project management and oversight of client operations are necessary aspect of role -Confidence to challenge the client and team and to ensure delivery on marketing metrics that drive to business outcome
