The firm are seeking to hire a Family Senior Associate / Partner into their West End London office.
You will lead the family department with one other Partner, you will be at the forefront of this industry leading team, you will work with the other Partners to drive the department forwards.
The range of Family work will range from; divorce and dissolution of civil partnerships, financial proceedings relating to divorce and dissolution of civil partnerships, all private children issues, including financial applications (Schedule 1), prenuptial agreements and precivilpartner agreements, advice for unmarried families, international aspects of separation and divorce, domestic violence and protection from abuse, and injunctions.
You will be a Family Solicitor with at least 8 years PQE (there is no upper limit regarding the amount of PQE)
A meticulous eye for detail is essential
Experience of leading and mentoring more junior members of a team is to advantage but is not essential
Salary is above market rate and negotiable depending on your background and level of experience, plus an excellent benefits package
