Providing beautiful ranges of Greenhouses and Glasshouses for the everyday gardener, to the largest bespoke designs across their Victorian, Modern and Heritage ranges, our client works hard to cater to the needs of every individual customer and gardener and every individual garden.
Each one of their products is individually designed to the specification of the customer, whether for professional or private need. They pride themselves on the quality of their workmanship and work closely with their customers to ensure they get exactly what they need.
They’re now looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join them in Greenfield near Oldham, easily commutable from Huddersfield, Rochdale and Manchester.

As a Customer Service Advisor, you’ll provide a high-quality, friendly service to our client’s customers.
Joining their high volume, fast-paced office, you will manage and resolve a range of customer queries in a timely manner.
You’ll build positive, sustainable relationships with customers through open and interactive communication and ensure that their expectations are met and exceeded.
To join our client as a Customer Service Advisor, you will need:
- Previous customer service experience
- Excellent MS Word and Excel skills
- Great communication skills and a personable, professional telephone manner
- The ability to work as part of a team

This is a full-time role, working from midday to 8pm.
