Contracts Manager Fit Out Manchester / North West £50,000 £58,000 & Package
I am currently recruiting for one of the leading leisure and office & commercial fit out contractors in the North West. Based in Salford they are currently recruiting for their business critical role of Contracts Manager on a permanent basis.
Projects are located throughout the North West and range in value from £250,000 £5,000,000. with average project value circa £1,000,000. They deliver both D&B and traditional projects, including ; shell & core, Cat A, Cat B, refurbishment and cut & carve.
The successful candidate will be expected to manage multiple sites simultaneously and have a proven track record of doing so. Depending on workload the Contracts Manager will be expected to manage anywhere between 2 4 sites at any one time.
The Contracts Manager will ensure that each of their sites are on programme and on budget and keep in constant contact with each client and inform them of current progress/site developments etc.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Conduct/chair client and progress meetings
Ensure sites are on programme & budget
Keep in constant communication with Clients
Manage Site Managers
Report into Operations Manager

Ability to cost & price work
Ability to create programmes for site
