Join our Team Security Receptionistbased at Mayfair in our London Region.

We are looking for experienced and flexible Individuals who can work on their own initiative and be part of a team.

The successful applicant will be well presented and have excellent communication skills (face to face, telephone and online).

What is the role?

Receptionist All roles are subject vetting to a 5 year checkable history.

In our client site at Mayfair in our London region.

Job Purpose:

Meet & greet and deal with all clients, suppliers and internal staff courteously and efficiently.
Ensure reception desk, waiting area, client lounge and conference rooms are always clean, tidy, fully equipped and ready for use.
Report faults and repairs for timely remedial action.
Liaise with catering, maintenance, security, technical/room bookings department and cleaning to ensure the overall service is timely and seamless.
Answer telephone calls within 3 rings, scan, print, and deliver messages and faxes to meetings as required.
Ensure personal presentation and grooming is of a high standard. Ensure your uniform is regularly cleaned and pressed.
Ensure that visitors and contractors passes are issued and all details are logged on the relevant sheets. Endeavour to retrieve passes when the visitors/contractors leave the premises.
Be aware of all Front of House service standards and work as a team to ensure they are met and exceeded.
Develop self and others - seek out new learning opportunities and raise the standard of business performance.
Perform other reasonable tasks and duties requested by line management.
Ensure Health & Safety and Evacuation procedures are adhered to and attend Fire Warden Training.
May be required to perform administrational duties.
