Weve recently grow our Global Salesforce practice and are now looking for a UK Salesforce Alliances manager to account manage key relationships with Salesforce, existing accounts/partners and future potential customers. As we are a certified Salesforce partner youll have the tools to network the industry and build those key relationships.
Youll take responsibility for the delivery of your own personal objectives, which will include revenue generated, customer retention, running events and customer & salesforce engagement. Acting as the clients trusted advisor, communicating engagements effectively to the delivery and recruitment teams. Building a strong relationship with Salesforce will be key to success.
Customer focus in an Account Management or Client Relationship role
Commercial awareness negotiating commercial agreements and making decisions to improve performance and profitability
Events and networking understanding the value of hosting, attending and sponsoring events
Recruitment industry experience in the UK recruitment market
Salesforce ecosystem if youre in it already, or have a good understanding then this would be a clear differentiator
Existing relationships with Salesforce
