The Company:

  • An expanding Independent merchant operating in London and the South East
  • Established for over 40 years with consistent growth

The Role:

Branch Administrator

  • Implement and monitor procedures/admin systems
  • Answer telephone calls
  • Manage, organise and update relevant database applications including quotations
  • Liaising with staff including other branches and departments, customers and suppliers
  • Dealing with invoice/supplier/customers queries
  • Stock management including counts/adjustments/reporting
  • Dispatching of goods/IDT's/book goods in
  • Create and manage Trade Cash Card customer accounts
  • Trade counter where applicable
  • Cashing up
  • File data and perform other clerical tasks as assigned and for other departments when required

The Ideal Person:

Branch Administrator

  • Must have administration experience, preferably within the Construction industry
  • Be a dynamic and motivated individual and a strong role model for the business
  • Able to work as part of a team
