We have an outstanding career opportunity for a Backline Support Engineer to work with the fastest growing data management software company at our Reading, UK office.

Technical Support experience
-Exceptional customer relations skills
-Strong written and verbal communication skills
-Team player and with the willingness to support others
-Proven track record of continuous learning
-Multitask capable with strong time management skills
-Previous experience troubleshooting enterprise environments
Windows/Unix/Solaris/Linux OS and its components
-Networking and troubleshooting connectivity, firewalls, name resolution and performance based issues with OS
-Understanding of clustering and or SAN technologies
-Understanding of backup theory and design
