Working in a closeknit Financial Systems team, this role will last until the end of the year and will play a key part in being the first point of contact to all users across the organisation regarding any system issues with Agresso.
The main responsibilities are:
Be the first line of support for user queries regarding issues with Agresso Ensuring issues are addressed promptly and in a timely manner, at the same time guiding users to prevent the issues from reoccurring
Be part of the Agresso system upgrade, carrying out testing during the upgrade Support the users with queries after the upgrade has been implemented
*Maintain support documentation to make addressing user issues more efficient

To be successful in applying for this role, candidates should:
Be an excellent user of Agresso, with recent years of experience Have excellent communication and written skills to be able to communicate clear and concise instructions to users at all levels
Ideally be a qualified Accountant or working towards a qualification Have a great understanding of excel
*Ability to hit the ground running from day one with next to none training
