This is a fantastic position for an exceptional Client Services Manager candidate to join a cutting edge award winning group of Asset Managers, Investment Managers and Financial Planning personal.
This is a firm that can offer genuine career development and the chance to be at the forefront of an exciting period growth, so the successful applicant must posses the ability to lead and motivate the Client Services team and advise on complex technical matters.You will be accountable for the function and procedures of a Contact Centre environment, where errors may involve financial losses or impact the business, including possible loss of customer accounts.
What’s needed for me to be considered?
5 GCSE’s including maths and English language
2 A Levels or equivalent
IMC, studying towards ACII / bachelor degree
Minimum of 3 years of investment platform experience at manager/team leader level
Minimum of Grade 4 Fusion Administration
Accurate with excellent attention to detail
Ability to work as part of a team and autonomously
Excellent communication skills both written and oral
Outstanding numeracy and literacy skills
Confident user of Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel
Able to build rapport with internal and external parties quickly
