Customer Service Advisor - Kingston-Upon-Thames

Salary £22,545

Temp to perm contract

My client is an established housing Association based in Surrey. They manage over 7000 houses in their local authority areas.
My client is now seeking a Customer Service Advisor to join them on a temporary basis initially for a 3 month contract with the potential for the role to become permanent.
You will be working in the contact centre where the is aim to resolve queries during the first contact, so taking personal ownership and responsibility is a given.
This means having excellent listening and communication skills and being methodical in your actions so that colleagues and contractors are clear on what is required.
You will also track progress through the customer relationship management system.

Duties include:

Diagnosing and raising routine repairs
Giving helpful and timely advice and assistance to tenants about their rent accounts and benefit
Responding to enquiries from customers through a variety of communication channels (Email, Telephone, Office visits etc) with empathy and professionalism, aiming to provide resolution on every occasion
Keeping IT systems up to date
Making outbound calls to monitor customer satisfaction

The Candidate

You must be a team player. You are able to communicate effectively, multi-task and demonstrate organisation and time management skills to prioritise your work load. You must be committed to meeting deadlines, key performance indicators and maintaining excellent customer service. An understanding of repairs services and housing management would be an advantage.
