Duties will include but are not limited to:

= Research and create newclient outreach strategies
= Refine and develop our currentoutreach strategies

= Identify tools and products to help the team achieve theirobjectives
= Create processes to assist with efficiency and embed thesestrategies into the team
= Analyse outreach data to report back to team, client and seniormanagement
= Work closely with management to report on team performance,successes, and challenges

Training and Knowledge:
= Support and mentor members of the outreach team to developtheir knowledge and confidence
= Assist with training the team on processes and strategies create documentation for internal training portal and hold one to one sessionswhere appropriate
= Keep up to date with the latest SEO developments and trainthese into the team

= Communicating with clients and attending meetings to head upall outreach strategy discussions.
= Lead on client communications for largest accounts.
= Communicating regularly with Outreach, Sales and Technicalteams to discuss clients monthly deliverables
= Liaising with Business Development and Sales Account Managersto support new business pitches and account upsells

The ideal candidate should have:
= At least three years experience in SEO and Digital Marketing
= Excellent client facing abilities, conducting themselves in aknowledgeable and professional, yet friendly manner
= Soundknowledge of the range of strategies employed to earn links
= Proven ability to oversee multiple accounts
= Theability to support, mentor and assist in training outreach team members
