The Loans Administrator will cover a range of duties including:
Ensuring all customer documentation and information is accurate, validating them using fraud checkers
Sending out welcome packs to new customers and handling calls from them in a professional, helpful manner
Identifying any fraudulent applications and money laundering activity to the relevant bodies
Building solid relationships with the companys broker network
General office administration including post and document management
Loans Administrator Profile:
We are very interested in seeing individuals with experience in administration or from positions such as Loans Processor, Case Manager, Claims Advisor or Telephone Banking
You will ideally be used to working on the telephone in a busy, regulated environment
You will also possess great attention to detail and be process driven
GCSEs in English & Maths Grade C or above
