This is an exciting and new prospect for a talented and experienced CRM Manager to join the industry leading teams of this outstanding global fintech company based in the City of London.
Key responsibilities as CRM Manager
Develop and implement comms and promotional activities that increase client engagement via social media, market news and market analysis, education etc. Compile and deliver weekly, monthly CVM reports detailing the months activity and performance against KPIs. Ensure all project files are updated at all times on the network drive, ensuring all files are created on the network in a logical place whereby anyone would be able to find relevant files. Ensure client facing teams have visibility of all past and future client communications. Implement an optimisation plan that enables us to test, learn and improve regular client communications.
Skills, Knowledge & Experience
Previous CRM experience at a similar level within ecommerce led organisations Good experience with CRM tools Exact Target / Salesforce Marketing Cloud Experience preferred Experience delivering real time dynamic email content Ability to develop effective longterm working relationships both within the department & across departments and at all levels within the organization. Experience of creating compelling campaign proposals and presenting results.
