This company are looking for a graduate recruitment consultant who will join a company that places the best talent into the Digital, IT, Banking & Pharmaceutical sectors. In the past 5 years, they have won numerous awards from multiple governing bodies and have a widely regarded training programme in place for trainee consultants. Graduate recruitment consultants can be sure they will be joining one of the best Digital Recruitment companies in the field that have a platform for candidates to come into and become experts in their field.
They were founded just over 8 years ago and have quickly expanded into emerging niches and are looking to bring in trainee consultants to join their award winning training structure and become a toplevel consultant.
The progression of consultants is purely based on merit at this company so the quicker you learn the role and start placing candidates the more money you earn and faster you progress into a management position. A consultant that joined last year got promoted to senior consultant after month 9 and went on to earn £58,000 year 1.
You will receive 6 weeks intensive classroombased training in which you will learn the Recruitment Consultancy theory and the key techniques which will give you a strong foundation to become an expert Recruitment Consultant. After successful completion of the training, you will then progress to onthejob training and develop skills to work on not just the candidate side but the client development side as well.

Previous successful consultants have demonstrated the following criteria:
Come from a top 50 university with a 2:2 or above.
Money motivation and the drive to further their career.
Natural communication skills both on the phone and in person.
Come from a sales background or have the ability and interest in moving into a fastpaced recruitment and sales role.
Confidence to be the face of the business when dealing with high net worth clients to build lasting relationships.
A competitive streak from a sporting background or teambased competitive environment.
