This global retailer of fashion clothing and accessories is in search of an HR Manager to join the HR team, based in the head office in London.
As HR Manager, you will facilitate an efficient HR service to the Retail, Head Office and Ecommerce functions by providing support and guidance on all employment related matters.
This is a generalist position, where you will be responsible for providing information on all aspects of the HR strategy, including recruitment, employee relations and training and development.
Day to day, you will be responsible for:
Drafting recruitment adverts, candidate specifications, job descriptions and other recruitment materials Manage the full recruitment process for new store openings, together with the Regional Manager
Support and coach line managers to manage performance issues, and ensuring the correct process is consistently followed Actively manage all employee relation cases, including investigations, disciplinary and grievances
Support the Learning and Development Manager with the implementation and maintenance of all succession planning activities Attending regional meetings and facilitating and leading sessions
Candidates will have previous experience working in a retail environment in an HR capacity. You will be organised and articulate, and you will have demonstrable experience of building and maintaining relationships with line managers and stakeholders.
