About the job
A leading global recruitment company in Glasgow are seeking an HR Analyst to join their team on a 912 months fixed term contract. If you can analyse and design new reports based upon business requirements and trends, then you could be the Analyst were looking for.
What will you be doing?
As an HR Systems Analyst, youll Support the HRIS manager to build a technology infrastructure required to collect and analyse HR data, offer actionable analysis and reporting to managers and executives, and interface with HR and other business functions to serve their data needs.
Provide first line support to the business for HR systems and provide relevant training on HR systems within the People Services department.
Perform ongoing maintenance of SAP HR organisational structures. Responsible for the delivery of HR reporting that is derived from SAP, consolidating and interpreting data as required.
What skills/experience should you have?
Experience in a similar role required
Experience of using Fairsail technology and/or SAP is desirable but not essential
Previous experience in professional services and a centre of excellence environment would be ideal but not essential
Experience in the provision of management information and analytics
Advanced MS Office skills (in particular Excel)
Understanding of HR Systems and Data Flows
High level of written and oral English communication
